* Manchester City Centre We are looking for Customer Service Administrators to join a busy and expanding customer support team based in, Manchester.
This is an office-based role focused on assisting customers through online chat and other digital communication channels.
This position is well suited to individuals with experience in customer service, administration, contact centres, retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing environment.
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to helping customers are key.
