Agile Coach SC Active – London
Location: London with 2 days/week in office
Purpose of the Role
The Agile Coach supports the organization in adopting and improving agile practices across teams and departments. This role ensures alignment between strategy and execution by facilitating quarterly planning events, enabling transparency, collaboration, and prioritization across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide teams, Product Owners, and leadership in applying agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and adaptability.
* Mentor teams on agile ceremonies, roles, and artifacts.
* Support leadership in understanding and embracing agile mindset and servant leadership.
* Deep understanding of agile frameworks and scaling practices.
* Strong facilitation ability to lead large‑scale planning events and workshops.
* Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills.
* Coordinate multiple teams and dependencies.
* Interpret metrics and drive data‑informed decisions.
Experience
* Proven experience as an Agile Coach in multi‑team or scaled environments.
* Experience organizing and facilitating quarterly or PI planning events.
* Familiarity with tools like Jira, Rally, or similar for backlog and dependency management.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and maintain AD architecture for scalability, security, and high performance.
* Plan and implement domain and forest designs, trust relationships, and OU structures.
* Manage domain controllers, replication, DNS, and DHCP integration.
* Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs).
* Monitor AD health, diagnose replication issues, and resolve authentication failures.
* Implement enterprise AD security best practices (e.g., tiered admin model, secure LDAP).
* Perform audits of accounts, groups, and permissions; support SOX, GDPR, and other compliance requirements.
* Manage user lifecycle, RBAC, and integrate AD with IAM and cloud platforms (Azure AD, Okta, etc.).
* Support SSO and federation (ADFS, SAML, OAuth).
* Lead AD migrations, consolidations, and Windows Server upgrades.
* Develop, document, and test backup and recovery processes.
* Maintain high availability and fail‑over strategies for critical AD components.
* Automate tasks with PowerShell for reporting, bulk user management, and GPO deployment.
* Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams to deliver integrated services.
* Provide SME‑level support for escalated incidents and complex service requests.
Experience & Skills Required
* 5+ years of hands‑on experience in an AD‑focused role.
* Active Directory Architecture & Replication.
* GPO Design, Deployment & Troubleshooting.
* DNS/DHCP integration with AD.
* PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
* ADFS configuration and federation support.
* Azure AD – hybrid identity & sync (AAD Connect).
* Kerberos and NTLM authentication.
* LDAP / LDAPS.
* Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS).
