About Our Client
You'll be joining a large, international HR team in an organisation with a rich history. You'll have an incredibly supportive manager and get to work alongside stakeholders from all corners of the globe! This is a 12 month fixed term contract and will offer hybrid working (3 days per week onsite in Oxfordshire).
Job Description
The People Business Partner will:
3. Partner with leadership to deliver HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
4. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
5. Support organisational change initiatives and manage HR projects effectively.
6. Analyse HR metrics and data to provide insights for decision-making.
7. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
8. Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives within the organisation.
9. Collaborate with teams to promote diversity and inclusion strategies.
Change management is a large part of this role, so you should be comfortable supporting teams in a variety of countries during various change programmes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful People Business Partner should have:
10. Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment law.
11. Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
12. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
13. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data.
14. Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
