6. Fullmercial management of high-value residential projects.
7. Cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
8. Liaising with clients, architects, and specialist trades.
9. Ensuring financial control and profitability throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal Candidate
10. Proven experience as a QS on high-end residential or heritage projects.
11. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and cost management.
12. Excellentmunication and negotiation skills.
13. Passion for quality and attention to detail.
