This is a superb opportunity to work for a hugely successful specialist constructionpany based in Dungannon. Thispany has successfully been in business for over 40 years and is a market leader in their industry delivering major projects across the UK and Ireland. Due to expansion, they are recruiting for a document controller. This is a full-time permanent job. Hours of work is Monday - Thursday and Friday A total of 37 hours a week. Salary for this role is up to £32k however could pay more for the right candidate. They also offer 30 days annual leave, gym membership, a health cash plan and many other perks.
Your new role
As document controller duties include:
1. Maintain and manage document control systems across live projects
2. Register, track, and distribute drawings and project documentation
3. Ensure teams are working from the latest approved drawings and revisions
4. Coordinate document flow between office teams, site staff, subcontractors, and clients
5. Maintain accurate document registers, trackers, and filing systems
6. Assist with Design & Build (D&B) tender submissions, includingpiling and formatting documentation
7. Support supply chain engagement, issuing enquiries and tracking responses
8. Assist with technical submittals, ensuring documents areplete, well-presented, and aligned with project requirements
9. Supportpliance documentation
10. Assist in preparing O&M manuals and as-built documentation for project handover
11. Produce and maintain simple reports to track document status and outstanding actions
