Salary: £130,000 - 140,040 per year Requirements:
* Experience in HR reporting, especially with Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
* Proven experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly in OTBI and BI Publisher.
* Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures.
* Ability to create complex dashboards, data visualizations, and parameterized reports.
* Proficiency in SQL and data modeling within Oracle environments.
* Experience with HR letter generation using Oracle templates or BI Publisher.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
