We are looking for a caring and compassionate HCSW to join our friendly team who put their patients at the heart of everything they do. Ward 10 is a forward-thinking 31-bedded Elderly Medical Ward caring for adults with complex medical and social needs.
We predominantly care for elderly, vulnerable adults in a safe, secure, and dementia-friendly environment. Our team believes in putting each patient at the center of care, acting with integrity, respecting individuals, and adopting a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach.
We seek a compassionate, enthusiastic, hardworking, and motivated staff member with excellent communication skills who wishes to work with an amazing, patient-centered, caring team.
You will undertake a range of clinical and clerical activities under the support and supervision of the trained nursing team. Your role is to deliver high standards of nursing care, share knowledge and skills, and adhere to the Trust’s values and behaviors.
You will work alongside our experienced nursing team, ward doctors, and other multidisciplinary members to deliver safe, effective care.
The successful candidate should be a team player with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, able to work under pressure.
