Autocentre Manager- Established Fast Fit Centre in Manchester
1. Basic Salary- Up to £35,000.00
2. OTE-£50,000.00
3. Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30, Saturdays 08:30-5:00
4. 48 hours per week.
5. Up to 44 days paid leave including Bank Holidays.
Our client is a well renowned fast fit centre based in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced workshop controller or an exceptional Assistant Manager / Vehicle Technician looking to step up to the next level.
Responsibilities of the Autocentre Manager:
6. Maximising volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met
7. Co-ordinating and controlling the work of Autocentre staff, offering assistance and support as required
8. Ensuring the security of stock and monies, being accountable for any losses
9. Maintaining company house-keeping standards.
10. Promoting and maintaining the Company image.
Requirements of the Successful Autocentre Manager:
11. 2 years previous experience in a Fast Fit management role. (Workshop controller/Assistant Manager or Centre Manager)
12. A full UK driving license.
13. Qualifications in Vehicle Maintenance would be desirable.
14. Previous hands on, productive experience in a similar environment.
