Accommodation Support Worker - Havenhurst - Job Description
Grade 4 - £25,185 for 21 hours per week for 52.14 weeks per annum equating to £14,294.19 pro rata.
The role is shift-based and will include some weekend work, as the centre operates 24/7.
Two-Week Rolling Rota:
* Week 1: 1 afternoon shift (14:30 – 21:00) and 1 night shift (21:00 – 08:00)
* Week 2: 1 afternoon shift (14:30 – 21:00) and 2 night shifts (21:00 – 08:00)
An enhanced payment is provided for night shifts.
About Havenhurst
Havenhurst provides assessment, respite, and rehabilitation services to help clients return to their own homes.
Role Overview
Working under the general supervision of the Manager/Senior Accommodation Worker, you will:
* Attend to the personal needs of clients in line with the Care Council for Wales Code of Practice
* Assess client needs and report/record observations as part of the Havenhurst team
* Provide physical and emotional care, creating a supportive, homely environment to help clients achieve maximum independence
* Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the home
