Job Description
Please note the work pattern for this post is as follows:
* 07:30 - 15:30 Monday to Thursday
* 07:30 - 12:30 Friday
Responsibilities include:
* Being competent in general civil engineering/road maintenance activities and skilled, with experience, in at least 8 of the listed activities according to the agreed standard.
* Operating as part of an operational team of manual employees.
* Deputising for the Specialist Foreperson when required.
* Participating in out-of-hours work throughout the year as required by the Service (Winter/Summer stand-by rotas).

* Plant Operation
* Trenches
* Street Lighting
* HGV Winter Gritting
* Mono-blocking / Slabbing
* Safety at Roadworks
