Registered Manager – Carlisle, Cumbria
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria (CA2 4BS)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Bradcare is expanding! We are excited to announce the opening of a brand-new office in Carlisle, Cumbria — and we’re looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Registered Manager to lead this exciting new venture.

About the Role

As our Registered Manager, you will play a pivotal role in launching and growing our Carlisle office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on challenge, enjoys building services from the ground up, and is committed to delivering outstanding care.

You will be responsible for:

* Overseeing the setup, compliance, and day-to-day operations of the new branch
* Recruiting, developing, and supporting a new team of care staff
* Building strong local relationships with service users, families, and professionals
* Ensuring CQC compliance and safeguarding best practices
* Driving growth and quality within the service


Requirements

What We’re Looking For

* Experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary or community care (essential)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* A proven track record of achieving high standards and service development
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Excellent understanding of CQC standards and regulations

Participate in the on-call escalation rota
Perform daily tasks to ensure top service delivery to clients and staff
Keep internal software updated
Audit internal systems to ensure data accuracy
