This is a rare opportunity to join a business with a turnover of £120M and a secured pipeline of work extending into 2026 and 2027. Renowned for delivering high-quality, sustainable commercial interiors, the company has successfully completed over 2,000 projects across sectors including office, retail, education, life sciences, and light industrialwith project values typically ranging from £10M to £50M. The successful candidate will be based primarily at the South East office, with occasional travel to London as required. ?? Key Responsibilities: Lead BIM strategy and implementation across multiple fit-out projects from preconstruction through to handover Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) tailored to individual project requirements Coordinate multidisciplinary design models using Revit (architecture, structure, MEP) Conduct clash detection and resolution using Navisworks and other BIM tools Ensure model accuracy and compliance through collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients Promote digital workflows and support integration with 4D/5D planning tools Mentor junior staff and champion BIM best practices across the organisation ?? Candidate Profile: Proven experience as a BIM Manager within fit-out, main contracting, or developer environments Advanced Revit proficiency is essential must be a confident super user Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM Level 2 standards Demonstrated experience managing federated models and coordinating across disciplines Professional presentation and experience reporting at senior and board level Highly articulate, client-facing, and confident in both written and verbal communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced, design-led environment ??
