A well-regarded, values-led firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join its collaborative and forward-thinking team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to develop their career in a supportive environment with high-quality work and a strong client care ethos.
You will manage your own caseload of private family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and children work-some involving complex issues or mid-to-high net worth assets. Strong drafting, communication, and client-handling skills are essential. Experience with ADR and court proceedings is advantageous.
Membership of Resolution (or willingness to join) is important, reflecting the firm's commitment to constructive, non-confrontational approaches. You'll benefit from close supervision, full administrative support, and a culture that values openness, fairness, and responsibility.
The role is primarily office-based, but flexible and remote working options are available.
