Our Hillier Garden Centre at Marlow is a popular destination for gardening enthusiasts, offering a wide range of plants, gifts, and outdoor living products. Our on‑site restaurant is a key part of the experience, providing customers with delicious, freshly prepared dishes, cakes, and beverages.
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join our restaurant team and help create memorable experiences for our customers.
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring every customer enjoys their visit. Your responsibilities will include crafting high‑quality coffee beverages, serving food, maintaining a clean and welcoming restaurant environment, and delivering excellent customer service throughout.
In addition to front‑of‑house duties, you will also support our kitchen team with hot and cold food preparation. You will be trained to prepare and cook a variety of dishes — from hearty breakfasts to light lunches and tasty snacks. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided. This role would suit someone who enjoys cooking at home and is keen to develop their skills further.
To support our busiest periods, we are seeking proactive and flexible individuals who are happy to take on additional shifts during peak trading times.
This is a part‑time, permanent position offering 14.5guaranteed hours per week, scheduled on a rota basis, but will include Sunday working (back of house).
