Job Title: IT Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a 3rd Line Support Engineer. As a key member of our support team, you will provide expert-level support for up to 400 staff, acting as an escalation point for intricate IT issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Diagnose and resolve advanced technical problems, ensuring adherence to SLAs and minimal downtime.
* Lead and contribute to high-level technical projects, including infrastructure maintenance and optimisation of our Microsoft stack (Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server).
* Drive cybersecurity initiatives, support ISO 27001 compliance, and enhance business continuity strategies.
Requirements
* 4+ years of IT support experience, with a strong background in 3rd line support and advanced troubleshooting.
* Deep expertise with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Intune, M365, Teams) is essential.
* Experience with SQL, Endpoint management, and ServiceNow is highly desirable.
