Job Title: Sales Consultant
Location: Waterlooville
Salary and Contract Details:
* Basic Salary: £12.21 per hour - 40 hours Full-time Contract
* OTE: Between £28,000 - £31,000+ per annum
Shift and Schedule:
Trading hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday & 10:00 am - 4:00 pm Sunday. 5-7 day working pattern.

Role Responsibilities:
* Greeting and welcoming customers, creating a friendly atmosphere.
* Providing personalized product recommendations based on customer needs.
* Assisting customers in navigating the store and answering questions.
* Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
* Processing transactions accurately.
* Tracking inventory and restocking as needed.
* Ensuring the shop is clean and organized.
* Delivering exceptional customer service.
* Meeting sales targets and KPIs.
* Contributing innovative ideas and demonstrating strong communication skills.
