The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Hospitality Sales Manager to join a sports venue at a key stage of its development. This role will play a key role in driving hospitality revenue and supporting the delivery of a first-class matchday and non-matchday experience.
About You
The successful candidate will be an experienced senior sales professional with a strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue objectives.
You will also need to have a flexible approach to work and be able to work evenings and weekends.
Role Expectations
As Senior Hospitality Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to maximise sales of all hospitality packages, including seasonal memberships, match-by-match sales, executive boxes, and non-matchday events.
* Proactively source, qualify, and convert new business leads through outbound prospecting, strategic outreach, and a strong network of corporate contacts.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and corporate partners to drive repeat business, secure renewals, and foster loyalty.
* Inspire and manage the Hospitality Sales team, setting clear KPIs and performance targets to ensure goals are met and exceeded.
* Manage hospitality sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring cost control and profitability.
