As the Operations Manager for 'Suburban Pubs- North', you will be directly responsible for leading, coaching and inspiring your team of 7 Area Managers to deliver the brand's strategic plan, reporting to, and working alongside the Operations Director. You will play a key role in the evolution and development of the brand strategy with the support of central teams to include marketing, human resources, property, and finance. You will also have the opportunity to work on company and brand level projects alongside delivering an extensive and fast paced capital investment programme. Our successful candidate will have a background of operational excellence, accompanied by a comprehensive understanding of the suburban pub food and drink marketplace, and robust examples of delivering outstanding results.Suburban Pubs is a collection of 234 fantastic businesses stretching across the UK in a variety of suburban settings.
