Are you looking for a rewarding part-time job where you can make a difference every day?
Our amazing #TeamFirbank is seeking positive, patient, and flexible new colleagues to join us in Balmore, East Dunbartonshire, on a permanent full-time basis (39 hours per week). Having a full manual driving license is beneficial but not essential.
The Role
Become part of a fun, friendly, well-established team providing high-quality, person-centered support to four individuals. No two days are the same. As a Support Practitioner, you will assist with daily personal needs, including meal planning, cooking, housework, personal care, mobility assistance, and medication management.
The individuals we support enjoy engaging in their local community. We are looking for someone enthusiastic about attending local events, gardening, swimming (being a confident swimmer is beneficial for hydrotherapy), participating in hydrotherapy sessions, and enjoying nature walks. They have interests in films, trains, and holidays, making for great conversations over a cup of tea!
Cornerstone offers excellent learning opportunities for those with limited social care experience and provides career progression to develop your skills and practice.

All we ask is that you bring:
* A caring and compassionate attitude
* The ability to work well in a team
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* A positive attitude towards learning
* A drive to improve the lives of those you support
* Confidence in using computers
Shift Patterns
We operate 24/7 support, working on a rotational basis. Shifts may include 7am-3pm, 1pm-9pm, sleepover, and night shifts.
