We are a fast-growing cleaning company based in Cheltenham and cover most of the Gloucestershire and Worcestershire areas. We are recruiting for 1 school cleaner to clean Monday to Friday hours our 12.30pm - 3pm each afternoon focused on lunch areas cleaning tables away sweeping and mopping school hall. You will work 42 weeks out of 52, and be paid prorata each month. The role is based in Christ Church Primary School on Malvern Road Cheltenham GL50 2NR. You will work on your own, cleaning the school facilities small lunch area and one main hall where the children have their lunches. We offer good training and ongoing development within Big Green Cleaning. We have a Training Manager also an Area Manager, plus we offer online training to improve your skills in the job, and promotion within the company.
This is a permanent part time position
Days of Work: Monday to Friday in termtime only
Hours of work 12.30pm - 3pm
Pay £12.21 per hour prorate over 12 monthly payments.
Requirements
As a competent and experienced cleaner, you will have:
The ability to work alone and under your own initiative
Cleaning experience
Proven reliability
A reasonable degree of physical fitness
A good work ethic

Responsibilities
* Perform cleaning duties in designated areas, ensuring a tidy and hygienic environment.
* Dust, sweep, and mop floors, and clean windows and surfaces as needed.
* Dispose of waste and recyclables following proper procedures.
* Communicate effectively with team members and management to report any issues.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client inquiries or concerns.
* Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning equipment and supplies.
