Having entered the market in 2025 with our flagship electric and hybrid models, we’re growing fast—building a nationwide dealer and service network, expanding capability, and creating the foundations for long-term success. At the same time, LEVC—Geely’s UK‑based premium London black cab brand—is continuing to strengthen its local capability to support future programmes and the delivery of next‑generation vehicles.

* Commercial Graduate
* Legal Graduate/Apprentice
* HR Graduate
The Graduate Scheme at a glance
Duration: 2 years with structured rotations and development
Common foundation: all graduates/apprentices complete an initial six-month business rotation to build commercial and operational understanding
What you’ll do
You’ll join a structured programme that combines learning-on-the-job, rotation objectives and real project delivery. Depending on your stream, your exposure may include:
* Commercial: Sales operations, dealer network development, aftersales and marketing
* Engineering Project: Project delivery, engineering principles, cross-functional coordination and problem-solving
* Homologation (Product Certification): Type approval, regulatory compliance, COP, NPI support
* IT: Systems support, data, digital tools and business applications
* HR: Talent, employee relations support, reward/benefits and organisational development exposure
* Legal: Contracts & legal operations, automotive commercial contracting, compliance and governance
* Finance: Commercial finance, FP&A, treasury and cost control in an automotive context

Education, Skills & personal traits we’re looking for
* 2:1 degree (or above) in a relevant major/subject aligned to your chosen stream.
* Commercially ambitious and results-oriented, energised by pace, growth and new opportunities.

* Proactive and accountable, taking ownership through to delivery and following through on commitments.
