Job Summary:
Aneurin Leisure is seeking a Level 2 Swimming Instructor internal, focusing on our Learn to Swim programme. The successful candidate will lead the swimming education of participants, overseeing, coordinating, and delivering high-quality swimming lessons to all who access our programme within Blaenau Gwent.

We are looking for an inspired and dedicated swimming instructor to join our sport and fitness team. As a swimming instructor for Aneurin Leisure, you will assist in delivering swimming lessons across Blaenau Gwent, with a start date that is ongoing.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee, coordinate, and deliver high-quality swimming lessons.
* Adapt teaching and learning strategies and select appropriate resources to meet the needs of the learners and the swimming pathway.
* Monitor performance, ensure punctuality, and manage data related to swim lesson provisions.
* Lead, develop, and motivate participants to achieve their learning goals.
* Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Adopt a flexible approach to teaching.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Level 2 Swimming Teachers Qualification or higher.
* Competence in monitoring performance and managing data.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to lead and motivate participants.
* Flexible approach to teaching.
