Are you a hands-on engineer with a passion for driving productivity and continuous improvement? Datalink Electronics Ltd is looking for a full-time Production Engineer to join our dynamic team and help deliver high-quality electronic manufacturing solutions.
What You Will Be Doing
* Lead and manage SMT, PTH and Cable NPI projects from RFW to delivery
* Create production processes and build documentation using VKS
* Operate and program production machinery
* Improve manufacturing quality and efficiency
* Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality and delivery issues
* Validate new processes, equipment and consumables
* Promote best practices across production
* Develop systems for data capture, analysis and process improvement
* Conduct root cause analysis and support CAPA investigations
* Deliver training to support team development
What We are Looking For
* HNC/HND qualification
* At least 5 years industry experience
* Production engineering and Production planning skills
* Strong understanding of technical drawings and analytical skills
* Knowledge of ESD precautions
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High attention to detail and multitasking ability
* Proficiency in Quality Control
* Willingness to travel to Supplier/Customer sites )including overnight stays)
* Commitment to Health & Safety standards
You Will Be Working To These Standards:
* ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100
* IPC 610, IPOC 620, IPC 7711/7721
* IPD J-STD,
* Customer specifications
