Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Nursery Nurse at our Wokingham location. The Nursery Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality childcare and education, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, fostering their development, and promoting creativity in daily activities. Other responsibilities include creating a supportive and engaging environment, implementing safeguarding practices, and building positive relationships with children, colleagues, and families.
Qualifications
* Experience in Nursery operations and a strong understanding of Nursing practices for young children
* Knowledge of Safeguarding protocols and a commitment to maintaining child safety and welfare
* Skills in Creativity and the ability to design engaging, age-appropriate activities
* Proven ability to work effectively with children and foster their development
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for collaboration with children, parents, and team members
* Relevant childcare qualifications (such as an NVQ Level 2/3 in Childcare or equivalent)
* First aid certification and understanding of early years foundation stage (EYFS) is advantageous
