The Opportunity
Working closely with a small team of Financial Planners, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients throughout their financial planning journey and ensuring the highest standards of service are maintained.
Your responsibilities will include:
"Acting as a key point of contact for clients and building strong professional relationships
"Managing new business applications and seeing cases through to completion
"Preparing valuations, reports, illustrations and client meeting documentation
"Liaising with providers and third parties to ensure a seamless client experience
"Maintaining accurate client records and CRM systems
"Supporting advisers with ongoing client servicing and administrative requirements
"Ensuring all work is completed in line with regulatory and compliance standards
About You
The successful candidate will have:
"Previous experience within Financial Services, Wealth Management or Financial Planning
"Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
"Strong organisational abilities and exceptional attention to detail
"A proactive, positive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities
