As a Sales Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in generating new business, attending client meetings, and selling a trusted product range. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound telesales calls to generate new business.
- Attend client meetings across the Midlands to sell tailored solutions.
- Promote a leading product range including compressors, dryers, nitrogen generators, turnkey installations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, managers, and business owners.
- Work to agreed sales targets and KPIs, tracking and reporting activity.
- Generate and qualify new leads, with additional rewards for conversion.
Candidate Requirements
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Organised with good time management skills.
- Ability to follow processes and work in a structured way.
- Confident communicator with a professional, results-driven approach.
- Sales experience (telesales or field sales) OR eager to start a career in engineering sales.
- Based near Coventry with a full UK driving licence.
