This is an exciting opportunity to join our Human Resources department and play a crucial role in coordinating the entire HR employee life cycle. Based in Snodland, you'll report directly to the HR Operations Manager, working alongside two other HR Assistants, Case Advisor and an HR Systems Administrator. There will be some flexibility to work from home, but initially you will work on-site to fully settle into the role.
We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, committed, and highly organised, ready to provide essential first-line support and advice to both managers and employees. You'll quickly adapt to different tasks and systems, ensuring processes are smooth and efficient from a new starter's first day to helping an employee through various life stages.
You will also support the HR department with minute-taking at disciplinary meetings and grievances, as well as Job Evaluation meetings and team briefings. As such, you must have professional conduct and be comfortable liaising with employees at all levels.
