As the Travel Branch Manager, you will take ownership of the overall performance, culture, and success of the new Cheshire branch. Job Description:
In this pivotal role, you will lead, mentor and inspire a team of travel consultants – driving performance, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining the highest standards of client care across every booking and interaction.
* Lead and inspire a team of travel consultants to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales goals
* Support team development through coaching, feedback, and training opportunities
* Oversee recruitment, scheduling, and performance reviews to maintain high standards
* Drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective sales strategies
* Identify opportunities to expand the client base and enhance business performance
* Ensure every client receives a seamless, personalised travel experience from start to finish
* Handle customer concerns professionally, maintaining trust and repeat business
* Build strong partnerships with suppliers and industry contacts to enhance offering
* Plan and manage local marketing initiatives and client events to boost visibility
* Oversee branch operations, budgets, and compliance with company policies and standards
Experience Required:
* Must have previous experience in a retail travel and operational management role
* Strong leadership and team motivation skills
* Proven sales and client service success
* Good knowledge of destinations and travel systems
* Confident with budgets and performance analysis
* Creative with marketing and client engagement
* Excellent communication and organisation
