Job Title: Temporary Customer Care Administrator
Location: Redditch, B98
Contract Type: Temporary (3–4 weeks)
Start Date: Monday, 13th October 2025
Pay Rate: £12.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 4:30pm (Flexibility available)
Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Care Administrator to support their team during a busy period. This is a temporary assignment for 3–4 weeks, based at their site in Redditch (B98).
The ideal candidate will be organised, communicative, and confident liaising with internal teams and external customers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of the customer care function.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise internally with Contract Managers and Supervisors to ensure smooth information flow.
* Communicate externally with clients and customers, providing timely updates and support.
* Schedule the Customer Care Team, making sure resources are allocated efficiently.
* Keep weekly schedules and internal trackers up to date.
* Manage and update client portals, ensuring accurate and timely information.
* Handle inbound calls, responding professionally and resolving or directing queries as appropriate.
Key Skills & Experience Required
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
* Confident dealing with both internal teams and external customers.
* Good IT skills, including MS Office and the ability to quickly learn internal systems.
* Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or scheduling role is preferred.
* Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
Additional Information
* This role is based fully on-site in Redditch (B98).
* Free on-site parking may be available (please confirm if needed).
* This is a short-term cover role and would suit someone available to start 13th October with full availability for 3–4 weeks.
