When something breaks, you’re going to be the difference between the job getting done or the whole place grinding to a halt.*The job*You’ll get your hands on everything.Vans, skip trucks, artics, trailers, tyres, sheeting systems. If you’re handy with a welding torch, even better. Typical day? Resolving daily defect reports, diagnostics, emergency repairs, the odd bit of fabrication and the inevitable “can you please sort this out, mate?”.If you can keep your patience when a driver is saying “it was fine yesterday” while the truck is clearly dying in front of you, then you’ll fit in.We have R&M contracts and tyre contracts in place, but you’ll be on the front line.
