We are a beloved, high-volume pub in the heart of Edinburgh's West End, known for our outstanding craft selection, premium food offering and vibrant atmosphere. We are now seeking a dedicated General Manager to drive our success and elevat e the guest experience to new heights.

The Role:
As General Manager you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations and strategic success of the venue. Your key responsibilities will include:
Leadership: Supportin g, leading, mentoring and motivating a large team of front and back of house staff to deliver impeccable service.
Operations Management: Overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
Financials: Assisting with stock control, managing labour costs and helping to drive revenue to meet and exceed financial targets.
Guest Experience: Upholding our impeccable standards, handling guest feedback with graceand fostering a welcoming and memorable environment for all.
Training & Development: Playing a key role in the recruitment, trainingand ongoing development of our team.
Compliance: Ensuring all health, safety and licensing regulations are strictly adhered to.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a General Manager, Assistant General Manager or Deputy General Manager, i n a high-quality, high-volume pub, bar, or restaurant.
A natural leader with excellent people-management skills and the ability to inspire a team.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing KPIs, GP and labour budgets.
A deep understanding of premium service standards and a passion for the hospitality industry.
Excellent knowledge of health, safety a nd licensing procedures.
Flexibility to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekendsand holidays.
A personal commitment to creating a fantastic experience for both guests and the team.
