We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our Fund Finance Legal team in the role of Senior Legal Counsel. In this role, you'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on fund finance transactions, playing a key role in shaping commercial outcomes whilst managing legal, regulatory and reputational risk. You'll be part of a globally connected legal function, with exposure to complex, cross-border fund finance work and the opportunity to deepen your expertise in this growing market. In this role you will: Advise on a range of fund finance transactions, including subscription line facilities, NAV facilities and GP finance Lead the drafting, review and negotiation of fund finance documentation Support transactions from structuring through to execution and completion Manage relationships with external counsel and oversee delivery Provide clear, commercially focused advice on legal, regulatory and reputational risks specific to fund finance To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Qualified Lawyer in with extensive experience in fund finance Strong technical skills in drafting and negotiating finance documentation Ability to deliver pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice Experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously Opening up a world of opportunity.
