Vehicle Technician – Main Dealer
1. Location: Telford
2. Basic Salary: Up to £34,000 basic salary
3. Bonus: Up to £4,000+ per annum
4. Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:15pm (45-minute lunch break)
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a successful main dealer workshop. You’ll be carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance work on a wide range of vehicles to manufacturer standards, with full support and ongoing training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Carry out diagnostics, servicing and repair work to the highest standard
6. Ensure vehicles are inspected and repaired within agreed timeframes
7. Complete vehicle health checks in line with company and manufacturer procedures
8. Maintain accurate service and repair records
9. Work efficiently to support workshop productivity targets
Requirements for you as a Vehicle Technician:
10. NVQ/IMI Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
11. A full UK driving licence
12. Previous experience working in a dealership or busy independent garage
13. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
14. Able to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

15. Basic salary up to £34,000 (with annual company salary review)
16. Weekly efficiency bonus of £90 (£4,000+ per annum)
17. Monday–Friday working hours (with rota’d Saturdays)
