Job Description Summary:
Job Title: Customer Insight Copywriter Assistant Manager
Salary: £39,825pa to £48,675pa plus extensive benefits
Location: Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, Halifax, or Chester
Hours: 35 hours, full-time
Working Pattern: Hybrid, involving at least two days per week at one of the listed hubs

About the Role:
Join our team as an Insight Copywriter Assistant. This is a great opportunity to develop your storytelling skills, helping to turn complex data into clear, engaging narratives that support decision-making and positive change.
Responsibilities:
* Translate data and research into clear, compelling copy for various audiences and formats.
* Create narratives that bring customer insights to life across reports, presentations, and strategic documents.
* Collaborate with analysts, researchers, and marketers to shape content around customer behavior and business goals.
* Maintain consistency in tone, clarity, and impact across all communications.
* Apply storytelling best practices to enhance the insight function.
Skills Required:
* Experience in copywriting, content strategy, or storytelling, preferably in financial services or data-driven environments.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools — Word, PowerPoint, Teams — for creating and presenting content.
* Interest in customer insights, behavioral data, and research communication.
* Experience in writing, editing, and conceptual thinking, with the ability to simplify ideas without losing nuance.
