Offer | £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
We are working with a well respected firm in Cheshire who are looking to expand their residential property team. Whether you’re a newly qualified solicitor with hands-on experience or a highly skilled conveyancer, this firm offers a supportive and collaborative environment to take your career to the next level.

Typical duties would include:
* Handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing files.
* Ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to all clients.
* Managing the financial aspects of client work and achieving billing targets for your team.
* Delivering effective supervision to any reporting staff, including conducting file reviews.
* Participating in business development activities to help grow the caseload.
The successful candidate:
* Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales
* Previous Residential Property experience
* Is client-focused and committed to delivering exceptional service.
* Is a confident and proactive individual.
* Is ambitious and hardworking.
