Careers Coach (London-based)
The University of Warwick is seeking a Careers Coach to support the career development of PTMBA students, including Executive MBAs, Global online MBAs, Accelerator MBAs, and DBAs. The successful candidate will deliver career provision in various formats, including 1:1 guidance and coaching, group activities, and e-learning.
Duties and responsibilities include:
* Careers guidance appointments and focused applications support
* Assisting MBA students to identify career management and professional development goals
* Acting as the first point of contact for student queries and providing e-guidance as appropriate
* Undertaking mock interviews and facilitating assessment centre-type activities
* Delivery of skill, leadership development, and career management workshops
The successful candidate will be a highly credible and adaptable professional with a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in career development, coaching, and talent management. They will bring deep knowledge of MBA and executive career paths, combined with proven ability to support ambitious, high-potential individuals through tailored coaching, guidance, and development interventions.
