Our Client, a creative full-channel marketing agency in Brighton, is looking for a Campaign Delivery & Operations Manager to support their work across music, arts and entertainment brands. This is an office-based role where strong admin skills and exceptional organisation are absolutely key.
What you’ll be doing:
* Coordinating campaign delivery end-to-end, ensuring print, posters, flyers and OOH activity go out on time
* Managing schedules and organising rotas for two distributors (soft management)
* Handling day-to-day admin: tracking budgets, logging spend, approving invoices and maintaining internal systems
* Liaising with suppliers, supporting the Director, and keeping the wider team organised
* Helping refine workflows and assisting with the rollout of a new CRM
About you:
* Exceptionally organised with strong administrative experience
* Confident managing multiple priorities and keeping on top of detail
* Proactive, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
* Able to coordinate people and tasks with ease
* Experience in an agency or creative setting is beneficial but not essential
* An interest in music, arts or entertainment is a nice bonus
