* Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
Operations
* Manage store staffing hours, review effectiveness, and make recommendations to regional management to optimise coverage, productivity, and profitability
* Recruit, train, and onboard a high-performing team
* Analyse data, utilise reports, and collaborate with senior management to optimise performance and take corrective actions
* Develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities while controlling costs and shrinkage through effective decision-making
