Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Delivery

1. Partner with the CPO and HR Leadership Team to shape and prioritise the global HRL strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Lead the coordination and tracking of strategic HR initiatives across geographies and functions.
3. Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap and delivery calendar for the HRL team.
4. Facilitate decision-making by preparing briefing materials, dashboards, and insights for the CPO and HR Leadership Team.

Leadership Support

5. Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CPO, providing clarity on priorities, risks, and opportunities.
6. Manage the rhythm of the business for the HRL function, including leadership meetings, offsites, and communications.
7. Support the CPO in stakeholder engagement, including executive leadership, regional HRL teams, and external partners.


AI Enablement and Innovation

8. Partner with the CPO and HR Leadership Team to develop and execute a strategic approach to AI adoption across the HRL function, aligned with business priorities and ethical standards.
9. Identify opportunities to embed AI, automation, and digital tools into HR processes to drive efficiency, improve decision-making, and enhance employee experience.
10. Work across the HRL team to drive the evaluation, piloting, and implementation of AI-enabled solutions (., talent analytics, chatbots, intelligent workflows) in collaboration with HR Centres of Excellence and IT.
11. Build AI fluency across the HRL team by designing enablement initiatives, training, and knowledge-sharing forums that demystify AI and foster a culture of innovation.
12. Monitor emerging trends in HR technology and innovation, providing insights and recommendations to the CPO and HR Leadership Team.

Team Engagement & Culture

13. Champion initiatives that enhance morale, engagement, and connectivity across the global HR team.
14. Design and deliver engagement activities, pulse surveys, and feedback loops to ensure the HR team feels valued and heard.
15. Collaborate with HRL leaders to identify and address cultural and operational pain points.
16. EVP Implementation including overseeing the planning, coordination and delivery of initiatives linked to the firm’s EVP, ensuring they are delivered on time and aligned to the firm’s strategic objectives.
17. Partner with Talent, Communications, and DEI teams to ensure consistent messaging and activation of the EVP.
18. Monitor and report on the impact of EVP-related initiatives and recommend adjustments as needed, providing regular updates to the CPO and HR Leadership Team.


Operational Excellence

19. Drive continuous improvement in HR processes, governance, and ways of working.
20. Ensure effective project management practices are applied across HR initiatives.
21. Support budget planning, resource allocation, and vendor management as needed.
22. Position the HR intranet as an engaging, informative resource that showcases the department’s initiatives and impact across the firm, strengthening awareness of the HR function.
23. Work closely with internal communications to raise the HR team’s profile by highlighting achievements and increasing visibility throughout the organisation.

Person Specification

Relevant Experience and knowledge

24. Proven ability to manage projects or programmes within complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally with international scope.
25. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with a track record of successfully balancing multiple priorities and projects.
26. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing reports and updates for senior audiences and engaging effectively with senior stakeholders.
27. Familiarity with HR strategy, employee engagement and employer brand concepts.
28. Experience collaborating with marketing or internal communications to deliver engaging campaigns and raise team profiles.
29. Understanding of AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies, with the ability to identify and implement relevant innovations
30. Experience leading or supporting digital transformation initiatives within HR or related functions
31. Desirable: Background in professional services, law, or partnership-based organisations; formal project management training (. Prince2, Agile).
