Due to increase in business we are now recruiting a receptionist for a busy office in Hallen. Due to the location of the business it is essential you have access to your own transport BENEFITS - * On site parking * Open office environment DUTIES - * Answering phones and directing calls * Handling incoming mail and distributing documents * Keeping the reception area clean, tidy and presentable * Maintaining office staff and equipment * Assisting with planning of company events and corporate meetings * Preparing meeting rooms REQUIREMENTS - * You must be fluent with Microsoft Packages including Excel * Proven experience in administration or reception is essential * Excellent organisation and time-management skills Hours are Monday- Friday 7.30am- 2pm. This role is temporary ongoing with a view to be made permanent
