Deputy Credit Manager Full-Time | Permanent | Newry An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Deputy Credit Manager to join a well-established, multi-site organisation operating across international markets. This role offers the chance to play a key part in strengthening credit control processes and supporting continued business growth. Key Responsibilities Assist in the day-to-day running of the credit control function Monitor customer accounts to ensure payments are made within agreed terms Review aged debt and follow up on outstanding balances Support debt recovery processes, including payment plans where required Help improve and maintain credit control procedures and systems Produce regular reports on outstanding debts and account performance Provide support and guidance to internal teams on credit-related matters Communicate with customers to resolve payment queries and issues promptly About You 3-5 years' experience in credit control or finance Strong credit risk assessment and financial analysis skills Confident communicator with excellent negotiation ability Experience managing overdue accounts and debt recovery processes Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems Supervisory experience desirable What's on Offer Competitive salary (DOE) Up to 29 days holiday (including bank holidays) Pension scheme Opportunity to join a dynamic, growing European business Why Choose Staffline?
