What You’ll Do
* As an Assistant QS, you’ll be working on a variety of projects in Yorkshire/North East reporting directly to one of our Senior Quantity Surveyors/Commercial Managers.
* The role is primarily site based and will provide commercial support to the project teams on all projects for which they are responsible.
* Ensure that projects they are responsible for are administered effectively and that the business objectives in terms of appropriate commercial targets and customer focus are achieved with the support of the commercial team.
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
1. Proven Commercial experience working for a Main Contractor.
2. Familiarity with JCT/NEC/ forms of contract.
3. Knowledge of current Construction Law.
4. Experience in commercial management.
