We are working with a primary school in Leeds who are looking for a senior administrator to work term time only and part time hours (23.75 hours per week).
You would be the first point of contact for parents/carers and visitors. You will need to work well under direction but also able to work as part of a team and alone. You will need to be able to quickly respond to the changing needs of the school and work well under pressure.
The duties of the role include some of the following :
* Deal with enquiries both face to face and over the telephone.
* Manage attendance
* Record dinners and liaise with the kitchen staff.
* Prepare letters and correspondence including letters, emails and texts.
This is a very varied role and would suit someone looking to work part time from around mid-day to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. This is a term time only role so would suit someone looking to do these hours on a long term / permanent basis.
