Qualifications
YOUR DAY TO DAY
1. FRONT DESK HOSPITALITY: Connecting with Members and Guests is the highest priority. Every person receives an EPIC greeting and farewell.
2. Engage all Members/Guests with EPIC greetings & farewells.
3. Check members into the gym using proper procedures.
4. Register guests properly.
5. Answer the phone promptly with appropriate verbiage.
6. Route telephone inquiries appropriately.
7. Assist with directing members and guests to the right Fitness Consultant.
8. Serve as a communication hub for members, guests, and teammates.
PROSHOP PRO
1. Promote and sell drinks, snacks, supplements, and merchandise.
2. Meet/exceed daily and monthly pro shop goals.
3. Stock and organize retail items.
4. Assist with operational duties as needed.
5. Learn about products sold.
6. Maintain the ProShop area.
7. Use POS and handle money accurately.
MEMBER & CLUB SERVICES
1. Complete member and guest check-ins and inquiries.
2. Monitor check-ins for delinquent accounts, collect balances, and update information.
3. Notify management if escalation is needed.
4. Keep the front desk and entryway clean and organized.
5. Perform opening and closing duties.
6. Maintain club cleanliness.
7. Report incidents promptly.
8. Maintain positive relationships with the team.
9. Support teammates in achieving goals.
10. Follow all company policies.
Requirements
* High School Diploma/GED preferred.
* Experience in Hospitality/Customer Service preferred.
* Ability to understand and follow instructions and communicate effectively.
* Ability to interpret business communications.
* Excellent verbal and written English skills.
* Physical ability to perform tasks including bending, squatting, jumping, running, reaching, walking, hopping, spinning, kicking, and lifting 50 pounds.
* Ability to move quickly and freely around obstacles in the gym.

Teammates will undergo EPIC Training to understand the membership system, products, and club operations, applying these skills post-training.
