We are recruiting a confident HLTA to join a mainstream secondary school in Oldham, supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant ready to step up into an HLTA role, supporting pupils with additional needs.
The Role:
* Support SEN students across KS3 & KS4
* Deliver interventions and in-class support
* Adapt learning to individual needs
* Work closely with teachers and SENCO
* Promote engagement, confidence, and progress
You Will Need:
* Experience supporting children with SEN
* TA / LSA / HLTA experience
* Strong communication and xsngvjr behaviour support skills
* Confidence in a mainstream secondary environment
