The Role
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our Scope Prime brand, engage our audience, and drive growth. This role involves managing social media accounts, creating compelling content, and analysing performance metrics to optimize our social media presence.
How You Can Make a Difference
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
* Assist in developing and executing social strategies across platforms like X, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
* Partner with Brand and Paid Marketing teams to craft and implement advertising strategies tailored for social channels.
Creative Content Development
* Collaborate with the Design team to produce eye-catching visuals and templates for posts, including video, text, and imagery.
* Ideate, create, and schedule engaging social content that aligns with weekly marketing objectives and resonates with our audience.
Customer Understanding
* Analyse and understand our target audience, identifying their needs and preferences to create content that adds value and fosters engagement.
Performance Measurement
* Track and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.
* Continuously test and optimize content to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
* Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, such as awareness, reputation, and customer loyalty, and adjust strategies as needed.
* Continuously develop and suggest new initiatives and smart ways to enhance our brand marketing potential.
* Work closely with the Scope Prime team to refine brand strategy and comms to audiences/regions.
* Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve brand strategies.
Requirements
* 3+ years of social media marketing experience, ideally within investment or fintech industries.
* Exceptional social copywriting skills with a strong eye for detail.
* Proven ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking, using data to inform decisions.
* Demonstrated experience in consumer marketing, with a focus on paid social channels and customer acquisition.
* Strong analytical skills to distil data into actionable insights. Market research experience is a plus.
* Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
* Passion for trading, investments, and digital communications.
Skills And Competencies
* Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms, their audiences, and growth opportunities.
* Experience planning and executing paid social campaigns.
* Familiarity with commissioning and developing creative assets for social media.
* Strong writing skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
