Factory Operative - Witham, Essex
£12.21 per hour | Full-Time | Temporary Role
Hours: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (early finish every Friday)
Responsibilities
* Carrying out basic assembly and production tasks on the shop floor
* Packing finished products accurately and to a high standard
* Labelling goods and preparing them for dispatch
* Following quality procedures to ensure products meet company standards
* Keeping the work area clean and organised
* Assisting colleagues to achieve daily production targets
Qualifications
* Previous factory, manufacturing and production, or packing experience is an advantage but not essential
* Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
* Able to carry out manual handling and work on your feet throughout the shift
* Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
