Your day to day responsibilities are:
* Chasing outstanding invoices and ensuring payments are received on time
* Managing customer accounts and resolving payment or billing queries
* Maintaining accurate records of account activity and communications
* Supporting the smooth running of the finance function with general admin and account tasks
What we're looking for:
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Previous experience in customer service or a similar office-based role
* Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* A team player with good time management and a proactive approach
