Overview
We are seeking a confident and experienced Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our established domiciliary care branch in Wilmslow. With strong infrastructure and support in place, this opportunity is ideal for a motivated manager looking to focus on quality, growth, and team leadership—without the added pressures of on-call duties or delivering personal care.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage the daily operations of the service
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and high-quality care standards
* Lead, mentor, and support office staff, care coordinators, and team leaders
* Drive recruitment, staff retention, and professional development initiatives
* Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external professionals to deliver person-centred care
* Lead continuous improvement strategies and support the branch’s sustainable growth
* Benefit from no on-call or personal care delivery requirements
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager within domiciliary care
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements
* NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Professional, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of care
