We are looking to appoint a Site Supervisor (L2) for 37 hours per week, on a full-year basis, to join our team at Archbishop Sentamu Academy.
Role Overview
This role is key in maintaining the security, safety, cleanliness, and upkeep of all school buildings, grounds, and facilities under the direction of the Support Services Manager (Multi Site); Site / Facilities Manager L2. The Site Supervisor will ensure a secure, safe, and hygienic environment for all building users and may organize and direct all premises staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness within the school. The caretaker and cleaning team are responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and the maintenance of equipment and buildings throughout the school.
Responsibilities
1. Work with tools, cleaning equipment, and products, including chemicals, with necessary protective clothing provided.
2. Work outdoors in all weather conditions to ensure the safety of the school premises.
3. Organize and oversee premises staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Job Details
* Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, full year — Monday to Thursday 12:30 - 20:30, Friday 12:30 - 20:00. Some weekend work may be required.
